Battery life is amazing and it heats up quickly. I charge the battery over night, it uses a usb charger, pop it in the pouch the next day. I like the adjustable strap to secure it where you want it.

The only downside is i wish there was an option to set it to whatever temperature i want. It works well, three temperatures to modify to your comfort level. There are three temp settings.

Use over shoulder for rotator cuff tears. Use over the thighs for bursitis. I just hope this helps others who are suffering from sciatica or any back pain.
