You could probably veg a tent with the 300w but for flowering the lights are a bit underpowered in my opinion

Also remember there are infared leds in this and you cant see them with the the naked eye some appear to be off in both modes their not

I had to return it though since the spectrum of light made me feel dizzy and have a headache just being around it even with proper glasses on
