First off this will not work with wasabi np126 batteries despite physically fitting in the space

Multiple modes but certainly not foolproof the instructions are not that great translationwise grip does not feel as premium as fuji brand

Two differences first the grip can’t power the camera vis an ac adapter like the fuji grip can
