Pros

Meike adapter is a great bang for the buck. Only complaint is that it's a lot heavier than the ef lens. Works with all canon, sigma, tamron and tamron lenses. Works like native lenses on the canon r.

Quality

After testing the adapter on my canon r10 i am totally satisfied with the quality of the product

The variable nd filter worked perfectly and had very good optical performance

Only thing i do not like is that it’s really heavy

Imagine having the ef lens attached to it the camera gets a lot heavier

Price

For the fraction of the cost vs canon this is a 34no brainer

I found this product to be a vary affordable solution

Competitiveness

All my lenses function well including canon sigma and tamron

In fact i have ordered the polarizer filter directly from meike

The adapter plus filter adds a bit of weight to your lens set up plus the additional length makes a but harder to keep stable shots specially with bigger heavier lenses and medium or low speed but i guess will be the same with the original canon or any other well built adapter

I would recommend buying the adapter with the vnd and clear filter and adding the polarizer then you dont need different sized filter for all your lenses

Compared to an rf lens by itself it’s like night and day and that’s just the adaptor itself

I’m not in a position to invest in rf glass yet but also didn’t want to spend the big bucks on the official adapter
