Meike's ef lenses works like native lenses on the canon r. It does the job! The filters are fantastic. Rolled the dice on this and have had zero regrets.

I’m not in a position to invest in rf glass yet but also didn’t want to spend the big bucks on the official adapter

Unfortunately i ran into some issues with autofocus when using third party lenses from the sigma art series and contacted meike customer service to find solutions

They are currently finding a solution to my problem and promised to fix it with either a firmware update or a replacement of my adapter to suit my needs

They also offered a full refund if ever they cant find the solution which is very encouraging
