I was surprised with how strong the magnet in this device is but it is important to note that having an extra thick case on your phone may not work with this depending on the weight of your phone

Had to superglue the disc to the outside of the case because the original adhesive wasnt holding up

If you put the metal plate inside your cover its not strong enough to hold your phone

I tried it in between two different thin phone cases and it didnt hold until i adhered it to the outside of the cover

Before exposing the adhesive put the plate on the magnet and test it against the back of the phone while the screen is on
