Meidase's customer service was excellent. I am impressed by the night vision. Zero complaint. A very nice inexpensive and easy to use. I contacted the company and got immediate response.

The camera works fine with 8 nimh rechargeable batteries even for night mode. All the manufacturers recommend using lithium batteries. The battery life is way beyond expectations.

Cons

The sound is too low even with my computer sound setting at 100%. It runs almost continuously for the first hour after we turn it on -- and then stops for the rest of the night until i walk out to get the disk in the morning. Already the audio is on i... Read More

If one is bent to the sidw out of the 8 the camera will not work. Wish they would just send me replacements.
