Pros
Use it for pilates, soft and non slip. My knees are very problematic as are my other joints, but i can kneel down on this mat with no problem. Will also use it as a camping mattress.
The 'rubber band' is easy to put on and take off. The carrying handle is also really handy because you’re not having to carry it under your arm when you've already got your towel and water bottle to hold.
Cons

Its not the most non slip so you could get a thin non slip to go underneath it
