Pros
These resistance bands are the best. As i’m allergic to latex these are perfect for my workout. Recommended by a physio to do shoulder an elbow movements.
Cons
Wouldn't recommend purchasing this band nor any other of this make. They are rubbish! You get what you pay for, they're cheep compared to most but the quality is really poor.
Was only doing usual pilates stretches around my feet. This product is more expensive and that would be fine if it was useable.

This band i is not for beginners its a middle weight i would recommend getting a lighter weight one

I use it three times a day hard so it will eventually tear but the first one lasted 3 months

It was bought to do specific exercises but unfortunately couldnt do them as not a band
