Pros
This is the only none trigger point roller i recommend to all my clients. Overall i'm satisfied however it’s quite expensive compared to alternatives so keep that in mind! Would definitely recommend.
Bought the foam roller to offer flexibility to my pilates routine. Great for doing spine curls on alongside shoulder drops and rollover. Fantastic for pilates exercises to challenge the body to use stabilising muscles.
No signs of deformity after several weeks of using. Firm and hopefully won't deform like other cheaper rollers. Lots of people mention the seam, which is obvious but not a problem for me.
Meglio - swift delivery and attentive customer service. Arrived quickly, fantastic product.
Cons
It's not a high density foam roller, so it lacks the firmness required for a deep tissue massage. Ridiculous amount of packaging, incredibly environmentally unfriendly and almost impossible to dispose of.

Other makes have ended up slightly bowed and more oval than round in shape which can impact how you exercise
