I struggle swallowing large pills, like the tumeric from mega foods, but the zinc is perfect. I chew the tablets, let that sit under my tongue for about a minute while it mixes with my saliva for better digestion.

These were recommended by flavcity, bobby parrish. As described & arrived as expected. Love this.
