Megafood seems to be slightly less expensive than thorne and the formula differences are minor. I have a physically demanding job and these are something i need to do it and stay happy.

The one con is that these pills are massive, even bigger then the 400mg chemo pills i used to take. I am glad i switched because this brand is a lot more pure than the natural shaklee vitamins.

Megafood makes a multivitamin that is from real food. Have researched many wholefood products and megafood is top of the line.

After 3 months and no effect these are worthless for me. To be fair, this is probably not the vendor, but megafood's doing here. If the merchant resends a bottle i will happily update this review.

Tastes like horse food but no indigestion. I hate the fact that the product has digestive enzymes. Despite the label on the front of the bottle, the list of ingredients on the back shows things such ascorbic acid and folic acid.
