The taste is a little tart and metallic, but it is easy enough to wash away the flavour with some orange juice. The only thing i didn’t like is the taste, kinda like a tart soy sauce.

Cons

The taste is so bad it made me nauseous. Please be careful. If you like beets eat them are but the pickled beets so much better.
