Pros

Pills are small & easy to take. For anyone who doesn't like taking pills there’s a mini and a standard size. This supplement is the best on the market for blood building.

The donation center and the hospital recipients are grateful too. I am excited about having energy again in a few weeks.

Cons

My main concern is that it's marketed as having no side effects, and that's just not true whatsoever.

Pure maple syrup is the same thing as aspartame. They taste like carpenter nails. These are easy to * but after a few days of taking them, my digestive system was a mess!

The bottle was not sealed and the safety tab was gone. The brand is no longer nsf certified.
