The content of each bvitamin in this particular supplement is fairly low compared to what can be found in most common bcomplex vitamin supplements youd see in the drugstore

Since our bodies dont absorb the exact amount of each element from the supplements one could say it is only fair the content of each element in this supplement

I stick to mega food vitamins as i have digestive issues and these are easily tolerated on a full or empty stomach
