They offer no support now. Seems the conduction is only on the ball of the foot and not on the heels. Not as comfortable as the ones with the blue gel at the arch/heel.

I bought these mainly for the esd purpose that my job requires me to have however they did not work out that well while it does provide some esd protection for me its not enough

Well they were not kidding i used the same shoes that zapped the heart out of me in the past but not since im using those soles

I swapped out the esd insoles for these

The arch support is a little high so i think if you have a flat or normal arch i have normal you may feel some pressure on that area

The area around the ball of the foot is thin andthats where i needed support i didnt think it would help there but they do the trick
