Pros

I've wanted a black chrome plate holder - this is one worthy of any car. They feel decent. Fyi…they are more flat black vs glossy.

The frame is sleek while still being very sturdy. Had little tabs at the bottom to hold the plate in place but used two securing screws.

Cons

It is no better than any of the competitors selling for $10. Very cheaply made.

The frame appears to be a plastic with a carbon fiber pattern laminated on the front surface. It doesn't come with the bolts and caps that they show in the product ad. It's not rigid enough, so it flexes even when you try to finesse the bolts. Does no... Read More

Slid the bolt through the cover washer tightened it down and popped on the screw covers

Holes line up with illinois plates and does not cover up the word illinois or the yearly register sticker in the top right corner

I sent another slightly cheaper brand back because it was flimsy

The screw covers are rather large compared to those found at your local auto parts store but they are favorable and not intrusive
