Pros

Don't forget to disconnect your battery and be very careful if replacing these yourself. The capacitors for the lights store a high voltage charge (even with battery disconnected). In fact, that is what chrysler suggests in their manual.

Cons

One is a very bright crisp white and the other is dimmer and has a yellowish hue. Would not recommend.
