Bought it as a paperback, then bought the hardcover edition. Looks great on my bookshelf with my other books. This is something that's worth having in print (i tend to be a * with the kindle).
Any megaman x fan is sure to love and enjoy this. They even have a plethora of info for x7, x8, command mission and a trading card game. It is very visually pleasing and introduces many of the inner thoughts of the designers.

The x series demand adult questions and governent lessons about mavericks and reploids

However if you are more into the backstory and concept of the videogames or details such as the original names of the characters in japanese this may not be the book for you

Theres a lot of blurbage from inafune and you can see and feel how much love he put into the x series until 6 hah
