Bought it for play for 3 year old granddaughter but certainly could be used for a not extremely formal ballet recital

Its holding up ok in the standard wash cycle no dryer if you have the means it would be better hand washed or on delicate cycle

Its not as fluffy since washing but she doesnt mind and what else would we use it for otherwise second picture after 2 months of weekly wear and numerous wash cycles
