I have notices a few flaws with the program like when refunding an item you cant make a general you have to go and find the receipt of purchase and refund it through there

You also cant refund and make a sale at the same time so if a customer whats to exchange an item for something else and you wanted to take out the price for the return item it doesnt work you would have to refund it first give them the money the make a new transaction

And lastly you cannot deduct a set amount off the balance when you do it will add taxes with what ever amount you put you cannot set a exact amount

There are ways to work around these problems but that just adds another step with makes it less user friendly
