Pros & Cons
Pros
The powder is very fine so it mixes easily. My only wish is that they would provide mixing directions for a single cup as well as a gallon. I always have to break out the calculator to do the math.
It's always accessible and easy to use. This actually saves money.
This powder stays good in the pantry instead of getting hard and clumpy. I wish it could be in a jarred container. It's economical, and i expect that it will keep as well in a cool dry place as powdered milk will.
Cons
The ingredient list includes milk and whey solids. It tastes like regular powdered milk. It indicates powder but came in the form of crystals.
