Keeps the ankle supported when walking and feels very secure helping with the healing
It is a great product but had difficulty with the lace
Then repeat with the other strap crossing it over the first strap on top of your foot

Good product for the price is comfortable and strong and gives confidence if you have a weak ankle

Bit of a faff to put on and off but so much support and have stood about 3 months of daily use now without a problem

If you could figure out a way to extend support along the sole to keep the foot from drooping maybe longer straps to allow a second wind around the foot or an extended plastic support along the sole it would be even better

The other kinds i tried were more like elasticated strapping and to feel supported i had to pull them really tight not comfortable to wear for long and still didn’t give the support that this one does
