No it doesnt stick to the wall very well but if you have a drill drill bit and dry wall screws it wont go anywhere

Only thing im finding now after a month is the cover at the top wont sit inside the channel any more

The tape that secures it to the wall however is so thick and strong that you have to make sure you have it exactly where you want it when you place it because there is no pulling it back off again once its stuck on

The cover is really secure so you really dont want to have to pull it off many times especially if its tightly secured on top and bottom against something you wont be able to get a hold of it to pull it back off

Lastly we painted it to match the offwhite of our walls and the paint scrapes off easily
