The splint is easy to adjust and can be tightened at several locations. It's a little bulky, but i adjusted after 2 nights and it was never an issue again.
Cons
A part of it pinches my calf so that its uncomfortable to wear. Mais non pas moins de dormir avec. Cushion is very comfortable, however, you have to make it so tight to keep your foot in place that it cuts off your circulation.
I doubt that this is by bird&cronin. Ne peux pas etre retourner ni rembourser. Bien dommage car le produit avait l'aire bien.

Im not used to having anything on my feet so the last couple nights have been sleepless nights but im sure my boyfriend hates it since ive kicked him a few times with it while sleeping lol

Hard for me to get used to sleeping but i wear it for two or three hours in the evening while watching tv and it seems to help

Heres my perception of the product based on my personal use of it for almost 2 weeks now light weight 3 buckles at right places to firmly hold your foot in position
