Love this stuff. Its marvellous stuff. Had nothing to lose by trying it and was amazed at the relief. This stuff is genius.
It really helps to moisturise the skin without nipping or causing any allergic reactions.
This cream is fantastic and i have and will buy many more. Will be buying more shortly. Gladly recommend. Prompt delivery and very competitive price.

A full day and half with yellow cream did nothing at all to budge the rash this in 2 applications 90 if his nappy rash was gone or looked hell of alot better i have binned the yellow cream and only going to be using this all natural ingredients too so even better

The bottle size 50g isnt really big enough for how much we use it

Metanium is good stuff but its very drying and you cant see the improvement without wiping it all off which irritates the skin
