Medify’s box is at least 1/4” too short & crushes the product. This is the second one i’ve received crushed. It's ridiculous to charge this kind of money for a filter and have no quality control.

Replacement canister filter cost is less than replacing cost of the dual filters that are required for thesmaller model air filters

The outside shipping container was absolutely filthy with black dirt

I am really happy to continue purchasing medify products
Im going to buy a second medify air purifier for my living room
Disappointing that only medify replacement filters fit

If it has holes or is ripped is bent then you should consider it damaged in my opinion
