I suffer from migraines and a cold wrap around my head helps best. The gel inside is different, and it is so much colder than the previous model. I'm sure these will last another 20 years!

I took the gel pack out and looked up the company name and thought let me check amazon because the whole world seems to be sold on amazon and sure enough these were too

My only comment is after many years of using them the velcro doesnt fasten as well as it did in the beginning

I used the previous model until it broke it was a little thinner and longer and i feel that it worked better to tie it around my neck or my head than this new version

If i try to tie it from across the top of my head over my cheeks and below my jaw the strap just barely reaches while the previous could easily reach

When tying around my neck it doesnt leave much space to move my head downward

The cover itself is nice but the stitches on the velcro pad are coming off after a few weeks of usage
