They absorb any leaking milk and are super comfy to wear 24/7. My daughter loves to grab them and fling them when it's time for her to nurse or put her hand below it on my unused side, causing milk to leak underneath her hand.

Cons
The edges of these pads poke and irritate breasts. Pad itself is way to small and not one size fits all. The thicker medela ones are much better and i love those.
They are super small so if my bra moves my * is uncovered and leaks out. I have to change them really often, and my bra is soaking wet after each nursing session when they fill up and stop absorbing.
The absorbancy is really good, but it doesn't make up for the pad clumping up everytime i adjust or feed. In addition, i constantly find that they have moved all the way under my armpit somehow? They crimp and are itchy and do not absorb much at all.

I dont wear them with breastfeeding bras because sometimes they would move or stick itself and i would have to throw them away

I wanted to stick to bamboobies washablereusable nursing pads but they just lead to a wet cold leaking mess

My only complaint is that they do not stick well to the inside of my nursing bra so i have to take them out while i nurse on that side
