I did have one episode where i found the suction lacking on one side but the problem was a simple fix

I just needed to take the suction parts apart and put them back together again you have to be careful to get everything lined up and tight when you put them back together after cleaning so the suction works

I contacted medela and they overnighted the parts and it was back to where it was before
