Pros
The * itself cannot be attributed to increasing milk output, but a * fitting well can. I purchased a pumping bra which also has my review--the two products complement one another. I'm an exclusive pumper so comfortable flanges are mandatory!
Cons
Not good, less milk. Suction not as good as the plastic medela flanges. When i wash them i’m worried about tearing the silicone outer edge. They also tend to leak more.

Competitiveness
After properly disinfecting the flanges i found that they worked very well with my maxflow medela pump
These fit me better than the phalanges included in my medela kit
These have greatly shortened pumping tome by about 10mins
