I did find out that you can pay for it with hsafsa funds however i tried using my hsa card on amazon multiple times with no luck

Note that for sanitary reasons you cannot return the pillow only the wedge so if you decide to get it to try it out consider that as well

So it is still alright that you sleep on your right side placing the medcline system on your right side at night or just sleeping on your back with the reclining medcline wedge only
