I appreciate greatly that they make decaffeinated espresso. This saves me money because i can buy lower quality caffeinated espresso, and then improve the flavor with this decaf. It also makes great decaf espresso if anyone uses it that way, haha.

The flavor is rich without being overpowering or excessively bitter. It has a nice richness and smoothness to it. Not a single complaint about bitterness or burnt flavor.

This makes a mean latte and cappuccino. Works well in the espresso machine and also when used in the drip coffee maker.

Starbuck's espresso is ground very finely, and is almost fluffy in texture because it's kept the flavorful coffee oil. Sometimes i mix this brand with my regular coffee in a coffeemaker and it adds a slightly thick texture and deeper flavor.

Lousy flavor, smells like decaf. I am sad to say that this expresso is more like a teaspoon of coffee in a quart of hot water. I don't like either of those ground coffees, though i love their instant espressos, they make the best iced coffee ever!
