Pros
The numeric keypad has the numbers under the keys to prevent the numbers from wearing off. Are big, lights up when ringing. Only complaint is he wishes it had speed dial.
Perfect for most elderly. Gifted to an elderly person in assisted living facility. My 100 year old auntie loves this phone! Well - the family loves it!
Cons
It's very cheaply made. The title says it all.
