It allows you to control your wrist * and avoid chunking, duffing and digging behind the ball. The unit is somewhat difficult to install on the club. I wish it had a quick clamp instead of the cumbersome wingnut.

Cons

The tip of the rounded part keeps poking my arm. Quality of the plastic trainer is also very flimsy. Doesn't fit club correctly. If i attach it to the grip it hits my forearm wrong.
