First let me say if you are buying this smoker as the goto smoker that will satisfy all your smoking needs for the rest of your life then you will be very disappointed

A couple things to be aware of if you do buy this smokera the little thermometer on the smoker looks cute but dont use it

The built in thermometer sure looks cute but it definitely doesnt provide any guidance on the temperature of your smoker and its very important to have good temperature control when smoking meatsb the reservoir that holds water is not very convenient

When you need to add more water which you will need to do if you are smoking for a long duration its not easy to get water to the reservoir

Experts say that the smoky flavor of the smoking process is fully absorbed in an hour or two im sure there are enthusiasts who will heatedly disagree with me but im talking about trying to get the most out of a rather cute and inexpensive little smoker here so youre not really adding any flavor benefits by keeping the meat in the smoker for more than 2 hours or so well at least not this particular smoker

It can fit two racks of ribs this way but barely

First of all it makes it a little dangerous if there is scalding hot water in the reservoir that can splash onto your feet
