Pros

The gg grates definitely work better than the bge ci grates. It's worth a read for beginner to advanced who want a new perspective on perhaps of habits. This is the third book i have bought for young bbq guys.

It has the look and feel of a textbook. He is fascinated with this book according to my daughter and spends quite a bit of time reading it.

Amazing ribs is a top 100 cookbook in my opinion. The 'last meal' recipe is very simple with perfect results. Based on what i've tried regarding his recommended techniques, they really work!

Meathead takes the less is more approach and it works. Easy to read, well researched. Very readable and humorous.
