Pros
Price is incredible, and it works exceptionally well. No complains so far.
The probe snaps in and holds well. Folds away nicely to protect the tip. The extra battery is great to have.
The bottle opener is also nice for opening a cool one while slaving away at the hot grill. The magnetic back makes it easy to keep it where you can find right away. Also has bottle opener built in.
The display is clean clear and accurate. The poker probe has a lock on it that helps hold it in place when measuring temps. The instant read function is a little slow.

Ive bought three of these now and all three vary by as much as 5 degrees it seems
