I realized while testing it that it is able to handle temperatures up to 570 f while my others could only go up to either 450 f or 500 f

The entire thermometer length is 8 inches long but the actual probe to check your meat is right under five inches

The only cons i would say about this product is that the lcd screen is quite small and so are the buttons
