Sharp, portable and easy to clean. Cooled quickly.
Slices perfect slices with ease. Motor seems powerful enough, didn't strain while slicing. Works perfectly for prosciutto ham and crusty bread. Hubby is very happy to slice up all the roasts he puts on the *.
Bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday. Great value for the money for occasional home use.
The only downfall if it can be called that is that the blade does have some flex in it. However, this one is great as far as functionality is concerned. As this is a bit different it takes a bit of time to adjust and have only used a few times.
Tried the slicer on all depth cuts. It's also much safer than putting a knife so close to your fingers the manual way.

Ive had a commercial meat slicer before and obviously it does not compare in power but you get what you pay for

I use a timer so i dont go over the 15 min suggested run time but i havent come close to that time yet since i have experience using meat slicers

If you need to use it over 15 min you should probably buy a commercial grade slicer
