Pros

Found our pressure regulator inside near our water heater. Our home has a prv that allows for pressure adjustments. This meter seems to be good quality.

Good quality. Exactly as advertised. Trivial to install. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Cons

Gauge shows 60 psi without hooking up to anything. Fills with water, and shows 90 psi no matter what, even if the pressure is just a trickle. No matter how much you tighten it still leaks.

This is a piece of garbage that cost me so much trouble. Not worth hassle to return. Needless to say, it’s of no use anymore. This one is junk.

Even replacing the gasket didn't help. Tried to contact the seller to discuss the issue, but no response from them in 2 weeks now.
