Pros

For those of you looking for a signal to end the meal, this is it. It's the snaking i need to control and stop! It definitely curbs hunger after a meal. Helps me curb my desire to have a calorie filled snack or dessert.

They taste good and really work on curbing my urge to snack. This is the safest and most accurate product i have encountered. They definitely help with that post-meal sugar craving.

This neutralizes that taste, which for me is a huge win. They taste good and the tingling sensation at the end does the trick. The tingly part of the lozenge is a bit different tasting for sure.

I like the sensation of savoring the chocolate mint for awhile before the citrus taste that (temporarily) numbs the taste buds. The inner minty core refreshes your mouth.

Got the chocolatemint and tried one when they came super yummy

The individual packets were not tampered with in any way but it honestly was like someone had cut the lozenges in two and taken part of it

However the first two packs in the bag were empty
