Pros

It is squishy soft and fits perfectly around the neck. Firm enough filling to give support. You can switch sides for coolness or warmth.

Snaps to your luggage. Super convenient with a clip for travelling. Got envious looks at the airport lol.

Cute and comfy. Great for my college freshman. Incredibly high quality and cute.

Cons

The backside fabric is not that nice either. Not stitched well.
