The acoustics are amazing. This thing works just fine in transmitting heart and lung sounds for infants' tiny bodies. The sound quality is awesome! This neonatal one is no different!
Comes as described anf arrived on time. Works well. Which is what i did after buying this steth.

Horrible quality. Actually a medical liability.

However in contrast to other stethoscopes if you put this stethoscope in wrond direction you hear nothing from the stethoscope
