You might be able to pick up a murmur if it is loud enough and have welltrained ears but this is definitely no cardio scope so dont expect it to be

Basic heartbeatbreath soundsintestinal sounds are clear and loud but if you need this tool to be more than basic then you shouldnt even be wasting time looking at something under 20

It is however mdfs lowest quality stethoscope as reflected by the price and this model is possibly discontinued because i dont see it on the mdf sellers main page
