Pros
Love the organizer, helps to keep the teas all in one place. The top is a bit flimsy but it works. It alwsys stays closed and i have my choice at my fingertips!
Cons
Item pictures res with the ridges on the hinged top is not what i received. Divided slots aren't wide enough to fit common brand tea bags easily (twinings, bigelow, tazo). You have to jam them in there and it's very finicky.
This is disappointing because i was hoping it would be very durable. Very fragile.

It was very well packed with plenty of bubble wrap
It looks so much more pleasing than all those boxes
The box and the bubble wrap were intact so the product was most likely packaged already damaged
The picture is of the container fresh out of the box
Competitiveness
We have different brands of tea and right now they all fit
Unfortunately the compartments are just slightly too narrow for some tea bag brands making the fit pretty tight

If i had a cafe or worked in a hotel that does free breakfast id think this would be well spent money to keep the tea bags in order and accessible
