Pros & Cons
Pros
Use construction foam to restore some integrity to the center of the target. But it isn't quite as self-repairing as the heavy bags filled with plastic style targets. The foam inside is polystyrene, the kind of stuff used to package a tv.
Shipped very quickly and was pretty reasonably priced. Very nice.
Easy to pull by hand and retrieve. Great for some quiet backyard shooting. Purchased for a teenager to practice with a cheap knockoff compound bow.
Cons
There were slits in the flimsy plastic on all sides. Not solid cast foam, is many tiny styrofoam granules pressed together. Get a stuffed target and be done with it.
This target is made of fluffy white foam and will not work with a bow 40# or over. Now i know why they sell those arrow puller. Even my wife's low poundage bow, when the arrow tip gets in there, is too hard to pull out.

Competitiveness
Works great with arrows shot from a 32lb recurve bow light weight and easy to use on the floor or sitting on a supported raised space
My husband has started archery hunting and needed something to practice his crossbow with
I purchased this target for use with my 20lb recurve bow for myself and my children
Performance after a season of archery lessons and outside exposure to the elements remains to be seen
