Most of these resistors are within 5-10% tolerance, not advertised 1%. In addition, the leads are too only 0. The wires are badly oxidized or contaminated with an insulating layer. Pay the extra few bucks and get it with a case.

It may be just mei still have to double check the values with a meter because i cant discern the color of the bands without a magnifying glass

I also miss the thicker leads on the old carbon comp and carbon film resistors
