Even though it doesnt seem to add much bulk to the foot it actually does when you put it on the sock it does become bulky

After a couple of months wearing it daily i am back to cautiosly playing basketball but boy its hard to get back in shape when you are 40 years old before trying this brace i couldnt even walk for more than a couple of minutes without sharp pain in my foot
