Pros

The rail is a plastic screw like thing, a washer, a foam washer and a retainer. The rain rail is quite flexible and is heavy duty which should outlast the soft top.

Cons

This version is a thicker rubber like material. It is too thick and can only be installed when the brackets on the studs are pressed and compress the rubber. It makes installation unbelievably difficult.
